Frequently asked Questions:

Access : Access to all servers is by appointment. We take physical security of servers very serious. Access to a server requires the accompaniment by a member of staff or tech personnel.  No unathorised access is allowed.  A 24 hour notification is required.

Power : All servers have redundant power from at least three sources, battery backup as well as from dual power grids.

Security : We take security very serious and do not allow any actions that may jepodise the integrity or security of other clients on the network. Be it from outside or on the network.

Bandwidth : We try never to over subscribe bandwidth, it is our ongoing persistance to monitor usage and add bandwidth as we require.

Hardware Replacement : We keep a full range of spares for all servers, as well as ensuring we have spare available servers at all times. Normally most hardware replacement is normally available as soon as we are aware of the problem.

Remote Assistance : Remote assistance is available for all dedicated and colocated clients.

Reboot : Dedicated and colocated clients have the capability to reboot their servers, on their own, if they have the option. Caution is always good, so that tech support is aware of a reboot.
